Today, during a class, I noticed some racist statements and symbols on a table. While erasing them, I bent down to pick up my dropped pencil. I look back up to see a teacher, and got a suspension. FML

you should have just told them what you were doing!

Something similar happened to me in elementary school. They didn't believe me because they saw me doing something in the direction of the writing (using the eraser on the bottom of the pencil) but regardless I got into trouble. Luckily for me my mum is a psycho and yelled and went off at the principal :D

I hate it when that happens. D: I've never been suspended, but I've had people think I wrote the crap on the desks/in textbooks before. My teacher even lectured me in front of my class about writing in the books, but I told her that I didn't do it. She believed me, thankfully. Only thing is, I'm terrified of handing another textbook in to my other class, because a teacher drew on a picture of George Bush. ._.; I hope the teacher of that class doesn't think it was me...

I thumbed this comment down, then I realized how funny it was

This is why it's better to stay away from things like that. Don't get involved, because someone will always falsely accuse you.

This is absurd. You tell the teacher that you were trying to make the school a better place by removing some racist writing on a desk. No one wants to read that bullshit anyway. Then you go to the principals office and tell them what you did. Calmly ask him if removal of graffiti qualifies as defacing school property. If no, hand the suspension back and go back to class. Easy.

Maybe you should've pulled the race card back on your teacher....I'm kidding, you'd probably get even more suspended

Believe it or not guys a crap ton of schools have cameras, mine had cameras put in when i was in first grade
