Today, during class our teacher asked us, "Who is Uncle Sam?" A girl answered, "He's the guy who founded KFC, right?" I'm in an AP class and have to put up with these morons constantly. FML

Today, my teacher assigned us teams in a class debate. I landed on the team that had to argue the obviously wrong point of view. When I finished, my teacher told me and the entire class how much I disturbed her, and how I reminded her of Hitler and Napoleon. FML

You are there to learn these things, you are not expected to know them, however you are welcome to attempt at impressing the teacher if you think you already know the answer. It could have been a joke, but keep in mind that if you are never wrong you will never learn. So stop being such a dick Op, Lol. Being surrounded by people like that can be a blessing as well as a curse. Look for the silver lining. Xxx

I agree with you, people are not morons just because they do not know the answers. At least she had the courage to raise her hand and answer. I'm guessing you're in high school since it's an AP class, and maybe she's never had to do taxes. The teacher is there to teach you something new; I'm sure you don't have the answer to everything OP so be kinder to your classmates.

In my school, anybody can take an AP class. I don't know what your school does to decide who enters which classes, but we really don't have restrictions. The people that you would expect to fail usually do and drop out, and a considerable amount simply don't pass the test at the end to get college credits. Don't worry OP, morons like that just waste their own time and ruin their own GPA. :)
