I've had three district managers, and all of them would have been thrilled to get called dude... then again, I may just have strange district managers.

I've accidentally addressed one of our general managers as dude before. Thankfully he didn't hear me. I recently accidentally said "ma'am" instead of "sir" to our new general manager. I suck ;-)
