Today, I was rejected from a restaurant that I wanted to work in during summer break. I asked the reason why I got rejected and the manager told me that I'm not extroverted enough to communicate with customers. I'd applied for the kitchen job. FML

Today, I was fired from my job as a waitress, all because someone complained there was too much seasoning in their food. As I said, I'm a waitress. This happened the same week I was hired. FML

This sort of thing happens SO often, it's frightening. You need experience to work at fast food. You need experience to restock shelves at the store. You need experience to run a cash register. You need experience for the simplest levels of employment, yet no one will hire you to obtain said experience. What the hell happened?!

If you're a woman you should have enough experience because you're always in the kitchen... Or your employers noticed slap marks from when you left the kitchen.
