I feel ya, man. I also have to put my tuppence worth in after all the guys saying that they probably had another reason for not hiring you then your lack of experience. Cos it's hard when you have no experience, I remember when I first started looking for jobs I got turned down for even the shittest ones. Not just dishwashing but bar work and data entry and cleaning old people's soiled clothing in a home. Hell, even the two jobs I did get, door to door selling and cleaning toliets at six in the morning I got let go from within a month. But I kept going, kept applying to hundreds and hundreds of jobs and I eventually found a place doing night shifts in a petrol station and once I had that I used that experience to get a really good well paid job in a chemistry lab and I've been there for more than five years and got my own mortgage now. As long as you're willing to keep going and apply for everything, things will come good eventually. You just have to not give up and really work for it. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you if it takes months or even years before it happens.

I feel inspired personally.
Argh!, my eyes!.. I can believe I took the time to read that novel, but it's true.
That sucks. Unfortunately, getting a job these days requires years of experience and/or a degree in something that has absolutely nothing to do with the job in most cases. And to afford the schooling to get the degree, one needs to work two or three jobs. So they're catch-22ing everyone.
I agree, I was stuck in that catch 22 loop for years.. needed experience for a job, needed a job for experience.... sooner or later someone gives you a break
I mean your right but isn't that why some people don't get jobs? Or isn't that what the managers tell them haha
To an employer, I think that people who are considered "overqualified" means- they feel that that person will not be challenged in their work and soon grow tired of the position. Why hire someone and fear that they will leave at another/better opportunity?
Ugh!! meant to reply to 74. I hate jumping comments!!!
it's true, some people can load dishes faster than others
Damn bro that really sucks! FYL
Trust me, plenty of people have been denied dishwasher jobs because of lack of experience. It doesn't matter if you've had plenty of dishwashing experience at home-- they want professional dishwashing experience. Most ads for dishwashers that I've seen say that you must have 2 years of experience. I myself have been denied for such a position. It doesn't make you a loser.
It's probably your co-presidency of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee that cost you that coveted dishwashing job. I'll bet the OP has the same problem, as well as Julia, the waitress reject. "Two years of experience" is code for "B cup or bigger." Implants are a better investment than college.
#54 Perdix...You've crossed the line. Surely even you know how terrible I feel about my flat chest. I'm going to therapy because of my low self-esteem. And no, I'm not joking.
Okay... I'm confused. Nerds, I'm pussyfooting because I don't want to say the wrong thing, but you're always the first to tell an OP to love their bodies in its natural form. Why are you not able to take your own advice? I'm sorry you're dealing with personal demons and I hope you work through them. And perdix is an ass at times, but I LOVE almost all his comments, especially the ones that get the most thumbs down because it shows that he is who he is and not what we want him to be.
It's hard to take my own advice. Why? Because we're our own worst critics. It's easy to the see the beauty in others, but not in myself. Everything Perdix said to me is true, which is why it stings so much.
IBT are SEXY! Many guys (myself included) prefer them over massive D-cups. Its all about presentation. Loose the bra; you dont need it. Braless IBT's are hawt. I know that large breasts are somewhat of a status symbol among women. Screw those power tripping bitches. You dont need anything from them anyway. Flaunt your sexy and superior IBT's!
I understand what you're saying.(: I myself have little tangerine boobies.(: and even thought about getting implants until I found out my mom has breast cancer. ): now I just do the best with what I have. I eat well, exercise and stay fit and healthy. I will say, I've seen your many pictures and even watched your YouTube videos. You don't seem like someone that lacks self esteem. I just wish you could see what so many of us can. (:
With so many people applying for jobs, it's understandable that a job would rather hire someone with more experience that knows what they are doing vs having to explain what needs to be done. ****The dishwashers at my job bustes their asses! It's not easy work. And many also have other job requirements such as doing prep work.
Same thing happened to me haha

Well go back to mr. Miyagi and practice your wax on-wax off. That should help
