Today, I arrived at work to find an email from the manager whom I had bought concert tickets from the night before. He said he had actually sold those tickets to someone else. He still expects to be paid. FML

You should pay him because that will make him happy. And isn't increasing the happiness in the world just a good thing to do? Be thankful, the concert would have been a disappointment and you would have ended up hating the band/artist. Consider this money a small price for continuing to like this band/artist -- isn't that a good investment in life happiness?

no, it wouldn't be. that's just teaching him he can be a jackass and double dip sales he makes to get more money for himself.

dude 62 chill outmann. every comment if seen you post yur either trying overly hard to prove lsomeone wrong or your bein ******** randomly. go take sum fucken midol dude. either that or light yurself a blunt man. chill.

Go **** yourself with a stick #76.... Haha just joke. Reread my stuff again with the knowledge that I just make smartass remarks about everything. I'm quite chil... in fact, I've heard I'm too chill LOL

I hope the person he expects the payment from is the person he sold the tickets to. Don't pay. Tell him you already used the money for something else, so you can't pay him. Which works out nicely, as he doesn't have the tickets to give you either. >:-O

wow this makes no sense at all. who would even expect something like that. if you pay your an idiot.

it's either pay for the concert tickets or lose a job, that sucks

No it isn't. If he loses his job he can sue the company for this manager's actions. He doesn't have to pay for something he didn't receive.

keep that email and tell him to screw off.

Just watch, if you don't pay him I'll bet anything he fires you. whatever, just tell him where to get off. just don't be overly assertive. and if he fires you, you can legally sue. Not really a FML, you can easily get around this one. Cheers, !

This is retarded. You are a tool for thinking that his wanting to be paid matters at all.
