Today, I arrived home to find my cat dead and note saying, "Sorry, I tripped over him." Not only is my cat dead, but I was robbed by a polite thief. FML

Today, despite me not liking cats, which my wife knew, she got a cat anyway. Her cat went for a walk outside and was hit by a car. I rushed outside to help the cat but found she was already dead, and the culprit had driven away. When my wife found out that her cat was dead, she thought I'd killed her. FML

Tripping on CAT? I'm sure loads of people have experienced that... On a more serious note, you guys are right that the note could have fingerprints, which would be great, if only the SA police gave 2 *****! Poor kitty tho- that's so not ayoba!

ok one I am srry ur cat is dead but u have evidence to catch the guy. hope u did not touch the paper with ur bare hands, also the cat now has fragments of the boot as does the floor.
