Beginner's mistake. Never ever (like really, NEVER ever) fudging blackmail your boss like that.
Get a Lawyer, put on your smartest suit, Get Lawyer to write you a nice little lawsuit thingymajig (not sure what it's called), give to ex-boss and tell him Slander is an expensive habit. Then walk out with arms raised like a boss
Well to be fair you were basically blackmailing him.
That is 100% illegal and I definitely do not think you deserve it; however, never ever, EVER tell your boss where or what company offered you another job! Not only is it irrelevant and completely not their business, but what happened to you, unfortunately, can happen. I hope you find another job soon and go to the Labour board!
That's illegal, you should retain a lawyer!
Slander! Lawsuit time.
You can file a report to the labor board. They will also get you compensation.
Don't they record drug tests!?
if it was my boss id beat the shit out of him!

WHOA!! What in the actual **** is wrong with your boss?! It's been a long time since my jaw has dropped at an FML!
Your boss is an asshole! There has to be someone you can contact because he is out of line.
