You can't expect everyone in a relationship to develop the exact same feelings at the same time. It's not either of your fault. There have been many guys i dated who were ready to say, "I love you" but i wasn't. It takes more for me to actually love a person. They all did more for me than what i ever would but that's what made them happy. they liked/loved me a lot and wanted to make it work. I liked them enough to want to be with them but never would have done the things they did. Just stay with her for as long as you do love her, unless she abuses you. Hopefully one day she'll feel the same about you.

You will probably be happier in the long run with somone else who does treat you well.
