Well that's kind of weird ... I see OP is French, actually not far from where I live ! We wouldn't call them girlfriends but rather "amoureuses" at that stage, it's rather the big boob thing that's weird ... Anyway I hope he turns out alright ;)

Aaah, children, when my brother was 6, he proudly anounced he had 8 girlfriends, including the teacher, he thought any female being nice to him meant she was his girlfriend. He also said his favorite was the teacher because she had big boobs. My mother had a talk with him and later he grew out of it.
