Today, I asked to borrow my fat friend's pants for a semi-formal activity tomorrow. I figured I'd just get a belt to hold the pants up. Turns out, the pants fit me. FML

Today, I was at my friend's house, and I asked if I could try on one of her dresses. It was a little snug, but I got it on. When it came time to take it off though, it wouldn't budge. My friend and her mom had to cut it off me. FML

Today, when I tried on a pair of pants at the mall, I asked the salesperson if I could have the next size up. She informed me that there wasn't a next size up. I have to LOSE weight to fit into the biggest pair of pants the store makes. FML

Today, I was trying on some new pants in the fitting room at a store. I was so overcome with joy when I noticed that I had dropped two pant sizes, that when I took them off and went outside to pay for them, I realized I forgot to put back on my original jeans. FML

Today, my pants kept falling down. Since I didn't have a belt on, I decided to tuck the waistband around my underwear to keep them in place. While on a date, I tried to adjust my pants, but ended up pulling them down along with my boxers. In the middle of a restaurant. FML

it's possible that your friend knew you were smaller than him/her so he/she gave you some of his/her smallest pairs of pants that he/she had outgrown but otherwise yeah you deserved that one

#4 and #8. Perfectly put. Your "friend" deserves a top FML with your photo attached to it for you thinking of them in that manner. I mean, ****, how old are you?! Didn't you learn how to be nice to your supposed FRIENDS yet?! Aren't there other ways for you to describe your "friend" like "the one with curly blonde hair and dark skin.."? Anything other than "fat friend". Now, put that cupcake down and go on a jog.

Ditto to #7, you failed at life. And to all of the people who are trying to justify her by saying that calling someone "fat" isn't an insult, you're completely ignorant. Calling someone fat is a derogatory term whether you want it to be or not. It has become an insult in our language, deal with it. And there are some people who are large because its just genetic or whatever. I'm a large dude yet I eat well and am very active. And the whole thing defense that "if you call them fat and they are fat then it's not an insult" is just moronic. So if I call some chick a **** when in fact she really does have a ****, it's not offensive? Idiots.
