chips can be a reward for a work out just use a small bag from a vending machine after your done at the gym...a reward actually makes a surprising difference...

Oh how I love chips. In order for me to have been successful at losing weight I stopped buying crap. Try it it's the only way.
It cracks me up how people get so defensive when others give their honest opinion about something. You don't even know the person that wrote the fml so you shouldn't defend him like you do.
Have you ever considered that it is their honest opinion to disagree with other people giving their "honest opinion" on the fml. Did that make any sense?
