Today, I called a friend of mine who was recently in an accident. She told me that the head trauma has caused her to lose all sense of smell and taste. To try and cheer her up, I suggested I take her out to lunch. FML

I lost my taste and smell in a car accident over a year ago. Think nothing of it. Were used to it. :)

She still needs to eat. I don't have a sense of smell, never did due to surgeries in the nose region (breathing issues). I get by just fine.
