I think you should try aim or skype next time... haha. But what i wish to point out to the other people calling this guy dumb and to use skype are idiots. Its not like he knew it had been removed from his plan. he figured it wouldn't cost him anything more than what thing was included in his plan for a flat rate.

have some good news for you. my mom (visiting me from out of country) had assumed she was calling using the calling card I have to call my brother in my home country.She had talked for more than an hour and had got up the call charges alone to $250-$300 something. I had called up AT&T wireless customer care and explained to them the scenario immediately and told them the amount is too high can you guys help me with it.they applied back dated international plan on it and I had to just pay $20-$30 on it
