#4 that's good if you are trying to lose weight, but he's prob trying to build mass. Weights let you target areas of your body.
Hey buddy he probably means plates for a bar....which target chest if you're benching
seems to me the store would have a dolly/handcart that you could use or that an employee could use to take them to your car.
the same shit happened to me at walmart today... its really ironic to see a 125lb weight lift set and be like oh shit I wish I had someone hear to help me lift it. talk about initiative.
Not to long ago I was carrying 70 lbs dumbbell to my car across the parking lot. When I got there my brother decided it was easier to put hi bags of maybe 3 lbs before he opened the door for me. When I yelled he called me a bitch for complaining.
lol that sucks
I think Im missing something, why would you buy free weights?
Are you for real?
Free weights are dumbells, dude...They're called free weights because you can move them freely, wherever you want..Not like fixed weights like a rowing machine etc.
Seriously. Even if you didn't know that you could have figured it out from context.
And why would anyone give out free weights anyway? These things are expensive :)

nice that almost happened when i was buying more weight plates, and after carrying 60pounds to my friends car without hurting anything, the plates fell off the seat, and onto my foot =/
