well, honestly diet alone is never gonna be enough, if you really want to get in shape work out as well, or find a fun physical activity to involve yourself in. example, I hate to exercise, so I go walking through the woods and rock climb because it's fun for me. and eat the candy.. but in moderation. and **** those people calling you a fattie.. trolls gonna troll, I guess
If the candy stopped you from starting your lifestyle change, then you weren't very dedicated to start out with. I doubt you would have sticked to it anyway. The best thing to do would have been to send it back, thank her for the gesture, and tell her you were going to try to start a healthier lifestyle. Discipline. Get it.
Amazingly enough, despite popular belief, you are still in control of what you do to your own body. If you don't think you have the self-control to eat it slowly, then get rid of it. Otherwise, when you shove it down your throat and realize you're even more of a fatass than you were before, don't blame anyone but yourself.
it's called self control.
it's the UK. who would notice another fat girl?! really.
