Not everyone uses a blade to shave their legs, people. If she waxed, or used a machine, it may have taken more than 15 minutes. (Granted, an hour is a bit odd.) Sorry for your mishap, OP. Hate to say it, but unless you're very untidy, hairy legs won't show nearly as badly as neglected armpits.

from your post i assume that you usually DONT shave your legs. also, considering it took an HOUR, which is way longer than shaving your legs should take so i say YDI, because being hairy is really disgusting. especially armpit hair. ESPECIALLY on women.

Haha, after the winter (when I wore pants every day, mind you!) it took me almost an hour. ;p You should really shave your armpits quite often, it's unhygienic otherwise...

Ok so a lot of people need to get their heads out of their asses. She took an hour to make her legs perfectly smooth. Not because she was immensely hairy. And @ all the people who said she wasted a ton of water, you're all obviously quite stupid. If you run the water while you're shaving your legs, you're the ones who are wasting water. YOU TURN IT OFF WHEN YOU'RE SHAVING AND THEN PUT IT BACK ON TO RINSE YOU IDIOTS. Stop being hypocrites and use some common sense. For the future: shave your armpits first so you don't forget hehe! And do it every time you shower so that in case you forget, your armpit hair will be really short, and it will be 100x less embarrassing.

All you losers who are claiming that she is taking up all the water and wasting it....go get lives and think of a better argument. Ever heard of shaving your legs in the BATHTUB?? Or even if I shower, I put the plug in, then when I am about to shave I turn off the shower and sit in the soapy water and shave. To the OP, an hour is a little extreme, but it is unfortunate that you forgot to shave those armpits! Sorry!

I can see taking the time to make sure you don't miss spots but how does it take an hour?? I think that's a little excessive to spend that much time shaving your legs. But FML on the forgetting your armpits...I've done that before, fortunately I have really light hair, though, so it's not really noticeable. And seriously, people say "EWWW gross!!! armpit hair on a woman!!" It's hair. It's natural. And it was probably only a tiny bit of stubble. Get the **** over it.
