Today, I did my workout at the gym instead of at home as I usually do, since I'm paranoid about people seeing up my shorts. I told myself to get over it, because it's impossible. After my extensive workout, I realized that there was a hole in the crotch of my shorts. FML

Today, I went to the gym for the first time in months. I was feeling good about it, until I realized that I'd forgotten my workout clothes and was wearing jeans. As I attempted to do squats in my tight jeans, I split them down the middle. FML

Today, I came home from work to realize I had a massive rip in my shorts from my crotch to my crack. I have to lean over constantly in front of dozens of people at my job. Not one person said anything, but now I know why they were chuckling. FML

Today, I was using the elliptical when I got a bad wedgie. All the ellipticals are up against a wall so after trying to pick it, I finally decided to just pull down the back of my pants and underwear. I then remembered there was a window to a yoga class behind me. I mooned them all. FML

Today, at physical therapy, even though I was wearing underwear, when I went on the leg press machine, my balls popped out of the bottom of my shorts. A bunch of times. The therapist saw. FML

Today, during gym class, I wanted to show off in front of my classmates by doing a headstand in the middle of the gym. I wanted to hold the position, except my shirt came out of my pants and exposed my belly and breasts to all my classmates. Everyone burst out laughing. It was so embarrassing. FML

Today, I went swimming. While I was walking along side of the pool, everyone was staring at me. I began to think that my diet was really working. It was only an hour later, in the changing rooms, that I noticed the string from my Tampax that was sticking out of my swimming costume. FML

Today, I went commando for the first time at school. It went really well until gym class, when I got distracted and changed like I normally do. I didn’t realize my mistake until my friends started laughing. I accidentally stripped in front of my whole class. FML

Today, I went to the gym. Once in the changing room, I realized I'd left my headphones at home. I had to work out without any music, so I spent the next 90 minutes being reminded how loud and obnoxious some gym-goers can be. FML

Did anyone else think that this might be a result of sexual assault? Or a phobia? Seriously, anyone saying YDI is incredibly insensitive. Hell, I have a phobia of halloween masks, and I'm paranoid to wear skirts without anything under it or tanktops.

has nothing to do with being insensitive or the result of sexual assault. That is ridiculous, this is clearly a brain fart!! Therefore YDI is perfectly fine. Her paranoia or phobia should have led her to check her shorts. Personally, this is both at the same time.

If you have a phobia about people seeing up your shorts (and I'm not judging, we all have our things), why not just wear pants? Like yoga pants or something that are made for working out so they're not to hot or anything. Or you could put on long spandex shorts under your shorts so you're still covered even if someone does look (or if you have a hole...) But even your pants can get holes in them, so look at your clothes when you put them on. On the bright side, you have to be over your phobia now, right? The worst happened (hole in crotch), and the world didn't fall apart, right? Now put on some new shorts and hit the gym!
