Not sure what the FML is. Does he have to take you everywhere? Is he not allowed to travel without you? Unless he's going on some sex tour I'm not sure what the issue is.

Why everyone thought you meant a trip, not moving: You said "going," and "invitation," both of which imply a vacay, not "moving." If this was out of the blue, sorry, that sucks. But, you're not his wife... He has no legal obligation to you.
