I do have a password! She makes me give it to her. Now I know why.. And to those asking I found out by waking up to her next to me on my phone, then quickly running out of my room

Just delete your text messages before you go to sleep... That's what I do every night just cause I like things super organized a cluttered inbox stresses me out.

you deserve it. she bought the phone and the plan. it isn't your phone its the phone she allows you to use she can take it away or look through it at any time also as a minor you have no rights to privacy with regards to your legal guardian. suck it up. and deal or buy your own shit.

How does someone deserve to get their stuff looked though while they're asleep... Yes, the parent owns the phone, but if the parent is gonna go through the phone, they could at least tell the kid this.
