I do that all the time but without the dislocating bit. Must have been one vicious contraption to dislocate your clavicle like that.

my sister was trying to teach me how to do that and fell and hit her head on her dresser. she wouldn't have hit her head if she hadn't of had the drawer open that she was going to put the bra in.

All you have to do is undo the back clasps, slide the straps off your arms through your shirt sleeves, and pull it out through the bottom. Must be new to bras, huh?
