Isn't that normal? I think most people that have hair that sheds, especially long hair, find at least one strand in their butt crack per shower.

Everybody sheds. You're just more likely to get hair caught or stuck to you if it's long.

When washing pull the extra hair from your head so as you rinse it doesn't get stuck between the cheeks
