Let's hope you pay monthly for insurance for that phone, or that you're eligible for some sort of an upgrade. If not, looks like you're spending upwards of $400 on a new smart phone. Don't get another BlackBerry. I work for a wireless company and many people have been coming in and complaining about glitches with the new OS 6.

I droped mine in a 4 inch deep puddle. no case. i took it apart to dry now it works perfectly! BB'S for life!
