Today, I fell asleep for an hour in the bathroom while taking a dump. I had to convince everyone I went for a walk during lunch since no one saw my car leave. FML

Because when using the restroom (in this case literally a restroom) you relax your body and if you're very tired then when relaxing you can fall asleep

This could be a symptom of sleep apnea.

Sleep apnea is when you have periods of about 15 seconds where you stop breathing in your sleep. Narcolepsy is when you fall asleep anywhere.
