Maybe he has a friend with a rabbit (s) that they raise for food and understand are for that purpose. It is common around here. Also fail on your part for getting him a pet he hasn't begged you for, chances are he hasn't got much interest in it, so enjoy YOUR new rabbit OP!
I used to beg my parents for a dinosaur, but they were cruel and didn't deliver. I would have loved him and petted him and named him Rex!
13 - You don't know Ops kid didn't beg for one before knowing how much work they were. Maybe that's why they "finally decided" to get one?
Run, Mr. Rabbit. Run for your life.
It's a good way to get eaten by a rabbit, for one...
easy way to stop this look at him and say sure but you have to gut him bye yourself
Yeah, then next its "That was delicious, I wonder what my neighbor tastes like!!"
I had a rabbit for a minute when I was younger. My parents took it away when I wanted to name it 'Stu'
Hence why you have the conversation before you buy the animals.
rabbit stew is good. as well as squirrel. I'm being dead serious. try it sometime.
#30, you are correct. Squirrel is indeed delicious! Growing up on a farm though, mostly everything is food :)

At least you know he'll do well in survival situations. Next thing you know, he'll be testing out recipes with the neighbor's hamster, and the snake he found in the backyard.
As an owner of two bunnies, I can tell you that they're high maintenance. Definitely not a good pet for a young child.
