Today, I finally felt motivated to do some exercise. As I got my weights out, I noticed out of the corner of my eye someone moving about outside my window. I got scared and dropped a weight on my foot. The person outside was my own reflection. FML

You really want to get in shape? Then forget the weights and go catch that ************!

Weight a second, how much did the weight weigh? And how damaged is your foot? If its nothing serious, then don't use this mistake as an excuse to stop exercising.You can lay off the weights for a while, and try the treadmill, the moving steps, or the bicycle.

If you still don't feel like exercising then try dieting and eating healthy foods.

All of those would be an issue for a sore foot. Upper body workouts are in order for awhile.

now you have an excuse to not exercise for a while, see what paranoia does to you!

OP that's why gyms have mirrors and ample lighting. So you can see you looking back but it's not a glass reflection to prevent you from doing that. Buy a gym membership they aren't expensive

You should exercise some caution and weight longer before reacting.
