for a girl, the first time is never great. don't listen to the fools who are saying its a size problem, because its not. it has to do with rythem, timing, position, etc... you need a few times before you really know...but after a few times it should be better, or maybe you arent sexually compatable.

As long as you take it slow, the first time can be great. Intercourse shouldn't be your first sexual interaction with your partner, there are plenty of other things you can do with them before you feel comfortable enough for the main event.
