Due to some of the comments that are like a true man this and whatever, I just want to tell you guys that bodies aren't perfect. Just because you were given a random mass of cells one day doesn't mean you know how to control it. And there is nothing wrong with admitting that. Op didn't mess up, and there is nothing he could do. The stress of liking someone, and wanting to impress them and make sure it was perfect probably just got in the way. Honestly that's kind of adorable that he liked her that much, so stop being hard on him! As a female myself I'd like to say that there is nothing wrong with what happened, and if she likes him it shouldn't be a problem! Things happen! It doesn't make him "any less of man" or crap.

Been there, done that. Happens to the best of us, my friend. All you can do is try to relax and go with the flow. Here's hoping round 2 will go better for you ;)

You're not "the best of us." The best of us always get it up when we get the golden opportunity to have sex with a crush.

It's a generic saying, and it doesn't imply he thinks of himself as being among the best. He's saying that a lot of people find it difficult when nervous, and to not feel bad about it. Don't be a jerk as well as being ignorant.

Looks like you're going to have to find someone you don't like to have sex with.

It's probably just because of the pressure and nervousness because you like them! Don't let it get you down! Also, if they are the kind of person you want to have a relationship with, it shouldn't be a deal breaker by any means. You should tell them how much you like them, and that it made it difficult for *that* to happen! If it affects things, well you dodge a bullet. Keep your head up op!~

Been there before. Not with a crush but someone I found attractive. What I've learned to do about it is please her enough through other means to make her want more. Get a second chance. Try again.

Yeah, stop being hard on him like he wasn't hard on her.

Hopefully she'll understand, the best thing to do in that situation is to relax and have fun. Next time will be better!

In the end, no one really got f'd here. Don't be so hard, errr soft, on yourself.

Times are hard with first time jitters
