Today, I finally stood up to the guy who's been bullying me for the last 2 years. Even though he's been caught in the act several times, he never gets punished, so I figured I'd get away with gut-punching him. Nope. An hour later, I was suspended from school. FML

You may have gotten suspended, but he now know what you can and will do. Don't see this entirely as a problem, as it may have been your solution.

If what you did was self defense, then press charges. Then name the school as well, for permitting it and failing to protect you. If you just did it out of nowhere, that's different, and you shouldn't have.

Get a lawyer and have him/her contact the school.

Next time, video or voice record it using your cell phone and then post it on YouTube or similar, or contact your local news station about schools not protecting children. Even better if you can record a school staff member admitting to knowing about previous bullying incidents.

It's like schools claim they're against bullying, but they actually defend them, and call them "misguided kids", then when the victim stands up for him/herself, the school calls them a trouble maker and doesn't do shit to the bully.

do it again and when they ask why cuz of the years of torture whenever u see him u panic and punch him right in the lower side of the jaw, or temporal area (best chance for in instant KO) hey u panicked self defense, keep doing it til they learn their role, u might get hit but **** that asshole they deserve it, if u get in trouble enough it'll come down on both of u instead if just u. p.s. if u do retaliate against this aggressor don't go in blind and in rage probably best if u at least try to learn a lil self defense counters online, lead him touch in Trip him then when he's on the floor curb stomp or double knee drop to the back of the head, self defense u got lost in panic from all his non stop torture.

OP,good job. The bully should be more aware now that you've made your opinion on the issue clear. But watch your back for the first few days when you get back to school, he may want round 2 and I doubt he'll let the odds be in your favor. As for the school, **** em, you did what they wouldn't.
