Today, I finally taught my mom how to text message people. Now I get a message from her every 30 seconds saying "Hi". FML

Lol I had similar exp with my mom. my mother found out there are emojis and started sending me bunch of different emojis at random times..

This reminds me of when I taught my mom how to text. She did something similar. The first message she sent me was something like "texting.is.cool.but.how.do.i.put.a.space.in.between.the.words.i.forgot" Once she learned how to write a coherent message, she couldn't go 30 seconds without sending me one. She also asked me how to do emoticons and what the acronyms mean. For weeks, constantly, she'd text me stuff like "Hi how R U doin 2day? Txting is kool lol. Thx 4 teaching me! NEway i just want 2 check in. I luv U! TTYL :)" Really, it didn't annoy me at all - it was amusing, and cool how happy she was to learn something new!
