Today, I finished my SAT and was feeling pretty good about it. I decided to turn on my phone, since it was on silent. As the guy was collecting our tests, my phone vibrated a little. My score was cancelled. It was a text from my mom reminding me to turn off my phone. FML

Why would you ever, ever turn your phone on when still in the room? You deserve that twice.

you deserve that sooo much...they repeat over and over again DO NOT TURN YOUR PHONE ON UNTIL YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING, is it that hard to be away from your cell phone for two seconds in order to take one of the most important tests of your academic life??

i can almost understand being frustrated with them confiscating your paper at a highschool exam. but it's a SAT test. very serious shit. get your shit together.

Talk about stupid. You really completely absolutely deserve it, you dummy.

Why would you even thought of turning your phone to begin with?? wait till you are out of the building..that's probably another 5 mins max..its not like an extreme emergency would occur during that time....guess you learn it the hard way

EPIC FAIL. YDI x 1,000,000. Turning off your phone is one of the most important and stressed rules of the SAT. Can you not live without your phone for another 20 minutes?? The good news is that if you're stupid enough to turn your phone on during the test, then you probably would have gotten a horrible score anyway. It might better for you that they canceled it. lol

you finished a 4 hour test and couldnt wait ONE MORE MINUTE till it was collected? You definetly deserve it.

that sucks so much. #157: its not like they took out they're phone and started texting right after the test was over, they're mom texted them....

Don't worry about it. If you can't even follow the "don't turn on your cell phone for any reason" rule during the SAT its pretty much guaranteed you would have flunked out of college your first semester anyway - presuming you were even capable of scoring high enough to get into a college in the first place.

that's definately the stupidest thing you could do.

If you're that stupid, your score probably sucked anyway.

Well, at least you know better for the next time around.
