if you have a Gmail account on different devices and leave then logged in it'll show what was recently put into the search engine. I.e. when i search Google on my phone and than go onto my laptop to google it will show the history of what i just looked up

Did you maybe leave your google profile/account logged in at a guy friend or a boyfriend's house? I think it defaults to syncing your search history and such.

Don't worry about that basically you logged in to one of the Google sites (youtube, gmail, google) at a public /friends computer and someone else opened google.com and searched for it.since Google had your credentials it turned up in your search history. and yup I know what I am talking about as am in software field and it happened with me too :)

If you sign in with your google account on your smart phone and your computer, and someone was using your phone to search awkward things (maybe prank from friends? ), the search history could sync to your account and show up on your google search history.

You probably have a Trojan where someone can access and control your computer remotely. Seek professional help to clean it up and protect yourself. This can get quite nasty. He's certainly stealing any and all information on your computer. I suppose you should start looking for uploads of those naked pictures about now... <grin>
