Find somegirl to bang, even a hooker if you have no game, film it, during the sex keep saying it was the best you ever had, take ur fiancees video, put it on dvd, name it cheating wife ***** etc. Send it to her parents, then "accidentally" put ur video on while your watching a movie together. Dump her, cheaters never change. Get the ring back, but good luck getting back 20% of what you paid. No one wants used engagement rings. That's not the important thing, though. Have some self-respect and dump her ass. On another note, what does it take to get a comment moderated here? Two douchebags on this thread get away with encouraging violence against women? It's not really about what you have to do to get moderated, it's whether or not the moderators find all the comments buried in some of the really long threads, and whether or not they assume the individual was joking or just being a stupid troll.

Get your ring back and sell it, or hold onto it for someone who's ******' worth it. As several people have already said, once a cheater, always a cheater. Anyone who say's it a "One time thing" or that "She can change" Is either an idiot, a cheater themselves who thinks they could change, or has a cheater on their arm and wants to believe so. The fact she lied in the face of the evidence is all you need to know the only thing she cared about was covering her ass, not coming clean or being honest.

Actually, I don't see how you can claim that everyone who cheats, will always cheat. I will grant you, that in a lot of those cases, that is true. But without knowing the circumstances around each individual, you cannot claim that your statement is 100% true. (And no, I'm not a cheater, and my bf isn't either, and I like to think that I'm not an idiot.)
