Today, I found out I have an option on my phone to postpone the sending of my text messages. I thought it would be cute to send my boyfriend texts saying, "I love you and sweet dreams" every night at midnight for a month. He broke up with me and now I can't figure out how to stop the texts. FML

Today, my boyfriend broke up with me via text message. Every 20 minutes or so, I'll get a notification that I have a new message, and I check it just to find that same message sitting there. I'm being trolled by my own phone. FML

Today, I sent out a Happy Snow Day text to 20 of my closest friends. My boyfriend, who doesn't have an iPhone, didn't realize it was a group text. He sent back a text breaking up with me. To all the people in the group message. FML

Not only was this a bit cowardly but he'd also sent it in a reply to our last interaction on our phones, a group chat with some of our friends, who started commenting with sad face emojis before I had even had the chance to see it. Today, at exactly midnight, I get a text from my boyfriend saying we were done. I had just seen him 4 hours ago when we were out celebrating my birthday, and asked why he didnt just tell me then. He replies 'I couldn't break up with you on your birthday but i wanted it to be over ASAP' FML

Don't stop them, that's funny. Especially if he cheated on you or broke up with you for some stupid reason. Or if he was a douche. That does seem pretty annoying, though. One of my boyfriends used to text me every morning at nine saying "Good morning!" Sure, it was thoughtful [not. He was a douche nozzle] but also annoying. Plus, I'm never up at nine.

No. That is sweet. You are waking up just for him and sending him a message yourself [not prewritten and just resent]. Im sure he appreciates it. Especially since it sounds like a tough job. Also because he sounds like he's awake at the time. Or at least out of bed.
