I swore by the copper iud and recommended to everyone for 6yrs. Until this summer that it got embeded in my uterus and I lost an 8wk old fetus. Lets just say that I never have to worry about having kids again.

There are many other forms of contraception. The nuva ring is a really great option for birth control and there are other types of condoms. Also, I pretty sure there are different birth control pills that won't agitate her allergy. All will work out, good luck!

My girlfriend and I have been using the pull out method for 8 years. You just have to pull out at the right time.

Chances are one or both of you are infertile, because pulling out does NOT work reliably. Either way, no baby for you.

I am allergic to all oral birth control, and condoms. but I could use the "Today Sponge". Has she tried those.

Have some of your "goods" put in cryogenics and get a vasectomy. That way you shoot blanks, and you have a backup plan if you want to have kids.
