Typically a female that does this is called certain distasteful names. However if you notice most people are pretty impressed by his clever strategy. Actually biggest issue seems to be the fact he's wearing OP's underwear to do it.

I'd just mute you so I wouldn't have to hear it. But there's also the fact that in most online games you can't hear the opposing team so you're likely just distracting your teammates.
