Better than a common disease dump. Especially one that accepts anything that moves. At least you have a room of your own right now that's all yours. Enjoy it while you can. Once you're in a real relationship and sharing everything you'll be wishing for a bit of your own cave space now and then to rule as you please and get away. Screw them. You never forget your first so take the time to find someone you'll enjoy banking for daydreaming about for a lifetime. You know having sex now and then doesn't automatically make one a ho or give them herpes right? The way you worded this makes it sound like sex is an awful thing. You can also still have your own space and be in a relationship too, a happy healthy one would have a bit of personal space for both parties.
