Today, I found out that I'm immune to laughing gas and partially immune to novocaine while I was getting two teeth pulled. FML

Same thing different taste

Today, I went to get some teeth pulled. I had Novocaine in my gums and lip so I couldn't feel a thing. When the doctor is pulling out the last tooth, he sneezes and pulls the tooth out. He looks in my mouth and I hear, "Oh, shit..." I now have stitches in my mouth. FML

Today, I had my wisdom teeth pulled. The local anesthesia worked on three of the four teeth. I found out about the last tooth when the dentist was mid-yank. FML

Today, the dentist had to give me a lot of novacaine because my mouth wasn't becoming numb. After the 4th time the entire right side of my mouth was numb, except for the 2 teeth getting worked on. FML

Today, I got my wisdom teeth cut out. While my girlfriend was driving me home, I, still being high on the laughing gas, accidentally admitted to cheating on her. She was kind enough to wait until the numbness wore off before she punched me in the face. FML

Today, I went to the dentist to get a filling. Instead of giving me Novocaine, my dentist decided he was going to use a special new paste on me while he drilled. It didn't work. FML

Today, while getting a dental filling, the fire alarm sounded. The plaza was evacuated and we had to stand outside in the cold for 2 hours. The anesthetic wore off. FML

Today, I had all of my wisdom teeth removed. After the anesthesia wore off, I asked how long the procedure took, and the nurse told me a little less than an hour. Apparently I thought this was hilarious and started laughing, which ripped my new stitches. FML

lol my dentist has to shoot novocaine at least 3 times for me...and i end up with one side of my face paralyzed for the rest of the day. embarrassing, to say the least. at least you werent conscious during surgery...that happens too.

Im totally immune to laughing gas as well. and i have to get about sixteen shots in my mouth to make me go numb. So, I totally know your pain. This is a true FML.

Yup, that's how I was when I was a little kid. They'd give me enough tranquilizers to put down a horse, but I was not affected at all. I haven't needed teeth taken out or cavities filled for a good number of years now, so I have no idea if it's still that way for me or not. Hope I don't have to find out.
