Today, I found out that if you don't clean the inside of your sonicare toothbrush, it can grow masses of fungus. I've been brushing my teeth with a vibrating mushroom for the past 5 months. FML

I have the same toothbrush and you HAVE to see the inside when you replace the head of your toothbrush! You shoulda checked it, but ya your life sucks.

Not really seeing the problem here. We served vibrating mushroom at my wedding reception and it was delicious.

...That is ******* disgusting. Excuse my while I puke everywhere. o_o

I love the way this one is worded. Clean out the brush, put the fungus on a pizza, and enjoy.

How the hell did you not know you were supposed to clean out the inside of that thing? Ew. YDI.

poke a q-tip into the brush head too. swivel it around then shake it hard. more fungus will fall out.

I call fake. NJ women do not have teeth to brush.

umm... aren't you supposed to change toothbrushes every three months-ish?

OP here. Just to clarify, it wasn't the actual BRUSH that had grown fungus. It was the portion where the magnet vibrates around. Those that own a sonicare will understand xP. @ #53: Born and Raised in Cali, bish. :P

I've always heard every 2 months, so clearly the OP has a slight lack of oral hygiene besides the fungus.
