Today, I found out that my creepy neighbor paid a guy to install a camera in my bathroom. It's been there for three months. The guy he paid? My brother. FML

I see a lawsuit in your future in which both your creepy neighbor & your brother do prison time together...that's against the law, so take them both to court...your rights have been violated!

Call the cops and press charges. On both of them. Your brother is creepier than your neighbor so don't let your family or anyone else (like your shitty brother falling down crying that he will never do it again, etc.) deter you from doing what you must to to protect your life much less your dignity. Brother might have thought it was funny but its not.
