You expected him to pass you just because they're together?
lol.
OP you do realise that in this country who your mum is screwing will never help your grades that you leave school with since all GCSE/A Level grades are assessed outside the school and not by your teacher. If you are failing maths you better get some help with it. If you think your mum screwing the person grading the papers will get you a pass you better find a way to hack the government system and find out who is going to grade your papers and set her up with them....
Or, you know, the OP could learn that he can't expect a boost in a grade just because his mum is in a relationship with his teacher. It's not fair on those who actually earn their grades. :P
maybe you should concentrate on English too to help you since you (MATHS) teacher won't give in.
Ok, I take it you (and quite a few others, but I cba to reply to all of them) didn't read the many strings of comments that explain why maths is not a typo? Also, as it is only one letter difference, is it not outside the realms of possibility that it might have only been a typo and therefore the OP's english skills are fine? Not that it matters, as it is correct anyway. (Also, as typos aren't allowed anymore, I think your own English skills leave something to be desired :p)
its not a typo we really do spell it maths
I know it's not a typo (I've been arguing that maths is correct), I was just saying that even people who don't know it's spelt Maths in place, might realise it was just a typo. Or they could read the many threads that have explained it.
maybe your mum needs to swallow

Good on your teacher for not feeling an obligation to break the rules because he's dating your mum. Maybe you should ask for help if you're failing.
FYL for wanting to rely on your mom for your grades.
