Actually. You can't get arrested for holding up a free hugs sign. If you are holding one while standing with your bottom half naked... or completely naked... then you'll be arrested.

gotta love, in the state of Massachusetts its considered prostitution as well as pan handling. Any sign/shirt/sticker/tattoo/written tombs of huggery that are obviously used to attain or give something free or otherwise, will get you arrested... learned that at Anime Cons!
