Go to the Dean, the president, someone. Threaten a lawsuit, whatever it takes to get your complaint noticed.
How did you NOT notice that your assignments were marked missing all semester??
Maybe the TA was putting OPs name on their own work to keep assignments from being labeled as missing or incomplete
Fair enough, I didn't think about that, but I would still think that OP would inquire about their failing grade
Not all classes allow you to keep track of your grade throughout the semester. Some professors only input all of the grades at the end of the course. Although, in this type of situation, there's usually some way of getting feedback, like returned individual assignments or midsemester evaluations, so I guess it would still be difficult to not know if someone was taking credit for your work all semester.
I even had several teachers who wouldn't even upload all grades online and kept the grades to themselves. That was annoying for me to ask them repeatedly about grades in person through the whole semester.
Get evidence and escalate it as much as possible!
It's time to lynch a hoe
I mean TAs do not take classes with the kids. That would completely defeat the point of having the TA. This whole thing is a lie
You obviously haven't been to college. The TA distributes their notes to those who've missed class, they tutor other students, do small tasks for the professor, and they even sometimes go as far as marking the minor assignments. They just have to prove competency beforehand and maintain that level of competency throughout the semester. They're uncommon, but they do definitely exist.
Yeah this seems fishy. At my university the TA has to have already taken and passed the class with at least a 3.6. I assume that is to avoid things like this happening. I can't imagine that any uni would allow a TA to also be enrolled. That seems like a great way for things like this to happen.
I was in a situation where I was in the class and the instructor knew my family personally. Rather than sitting in class like another student, she basically had me as an unofficial TA. Could have been something like that?
I dunno, in high school I had friends who were TAs for our English teacher, in our class she learned, in another hour she graded papers. She didn't need to know everything cause there was an answer key provided
This is where you learn to write your name in pen
That is absolutely horrible. You've got to tell someone of authority about that and prove the work is yours, whether it's the teacher, a dean, principal, etc. That bitch needs to be taught a lesson, and not just in biology, cause she obviously hasn't bothered to learn jack shit in the class if she's been stealing all your work.
Tell the teacher

There's got to be a way that can be changed...
Tell your teacher, and confront the TA!
