Today, I found out why my history grade is so low: the kid in front of me takes my homework, writes his name on it, and passes it off as his own. FML

Wouldn't you have noticed something after not receiving any homework back for the past weeks or so? Seeing as how you're gonna have a difficult battle to restore your grade, FYL and best of luck.

i've had this happen. the girl was suspended for a short time. however, she was only caught doing it to one assignment and in hindsight considering i Aced all the tests and did all the homework i should have wondered more why I got a C in the class.... I guess she did it to all my homework assignments. I never cared enough to question it though. meh

Write your name in pen. Or make a scene next time he does it that way he'll get caught. I'm sure he's doing it to other people in his other classes

Go to the principal and if he won't do anything leave to school. Even if you don't get permission from the board. But before you leave, go ahead and leave fake homework for the kid to put his name on, then walk the real homework to the front after the teacher picks up your row. Or you can use a phone or video device to catch him in the act have him expelled and your grade fixed.

I'd make one with fake answers pass it up as he passes it off as his. When the teacher finishes, pull out yours with the answers and say," I'm sorry, but I just now found my homework". If the teacher doesn't accept it then just video it happening and show your teacher.

Two flaws. One: all work MUST be submitted up front. Anything after that is considered late. Two: the teacher absolutely hates cell phones and will take it away if you are on it
