Everybody suggesting to file a sexual harassment suit needs to grow the hell up. You are the same people who are causing a hostile work environment, making an issue to begin with. If it was female managers doing it to a males genitalia, would the same issue exist? We used to have a female co-worker who joking slapped some guys she knew on the ass, as she walked past in the corridor. One day, a male returned a slap. The girl didn't mind, but it "highly offended" another female co-worker witness. The woman who complained saw that girl slapping guys on the ass for months (a year), the first time she saw the slap returned, it was just unacceptable. To all women who are so easily offended: Get over yourself. You should be aiming for equality (which ensures both sides equal protection), not trying to see how much more protection you can rack up for your "side". Its the same with women who drool over men, but if she catches a guy checking out a girl, he is a "pig".

That's the biggest load, lovergirl9008. My cousin used the exact same excuse, and I will tell you what I told her. When men check women out, it is not sexual. I obviously can't speak for all men... But its not like you represent 100% of the women, either. But myself as a guy, from my motives alone, it is anesthetics. All my male friends and I agree that sexual motives don't enter our heads. Its an appreciation of her physique, butt, breasts ("anesthetics" as you put it). No guy just automatically pictures her naked doing things of a sexual nature.. If thats what you have convinced yourself, you are dead wrong and I'd suggest you need more male friends. Females aren't exactly saints. I've heard a lot of female friends say when they are "admiring" guys. Even in the club a few weeks back I heard a girl (that I don't know btw) said "I wouldn't mind jumping his bones" - In relation to me!
