Ultimatums are dumb and generally harmful for a relationship, but if you wanted to have sex right then (and weren't just trying to be annoying and get his attention any way you could, like it sounds like) then I'd be annoyed that he couldn't take the time to have sex with me. Guys bitch about it when their girls won't have sex with them, so the same should be true for girls. Of course, maybe you suck at sex or aren't very considerate, because I've never had a guy turn me down for sex
