They're ripping out huge chunks of hair from an area that's normally pretty sensitive. YDI for listening to and believing them instead of using common sense.
Once you've done it a few times it doesn't hurt, and it grows back way thinner, stick at it! X
Actually, while the first time IS always the worst, for most people it does still hurt every time.
I disagree on the basis that every person is different. I've been doing my own waxing for 5-6 years and it still hurts like a bitch every single time. Doesn't stop me though.
It wouldnt hurt they said... It would only sting they said....
Not anymore! :D
It won't hurt too badly, they said.
GAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! KELLY CLARKSON!!!!!
The female version of Andy!
It's best to take an ibuprofen half an hour before your appointment. Still hurts, but nowhere near as bad.
Or a shitload of vicodin.
I just went the other day actually. Idk if it was because I took 4 Tylenol but it didn't hurt THAT bad!

They're right. It doesn't hurt "too badly" it hurts like a bitch.
How could you think that it wasn't gonna hurt? That's a really sensitive area of skin...
