@ Boddom: Have you never met one of those people whom one has to "handle with care" because they have a tendency to misinterpret anything people tell them. For example, I went shopping with a friend and told her that she shouldn't buy the coat she was trying on because it made her look bulky. Although the thought never crossed my mind, she is certain that I was calling her fat and trying to be diplomatic about it. My point is, it might have been just an innocent (and quite uninspired) comment made by the receptionist, who was actually thinking that the OP needed a hat because he/she would be cold and the OP just misunderstood. Also, the OP said they thanked the stylist......if the haircut was so bad that it needed to be hidden , I think the OP would have been irritated, not thankful and willling to pay.
Depends on the type of person, some people don't have it in them to take out their anger in public and do something such as refuse to pay. Maybe the haircut was in fact really bad but OP didn't have the heart to do anything about it. I know many people like that.
OP is an oversensitive moron
Maybe she just meant that your hair was so nice and you needed a nice hat to go with it.
Maybe she was saying you would need a hat to keep your hair from getting messed up. Like if you got a blow-out or something you wouldn't want snow or rain to get it wet and ruin it...?
girlygirl666 [[I nearly gagged typing your name btw]], ever heard of a brush or comb? It fixes bed head and hat hair. Brushes do not fix wet hair from rain and snow, but a hat does protect your hair from being blown everywhere by the wind--especially if the OP were to encounter watery circumstances that could get her sick with a slight breeze. OP, life isn't serious business. Get over it--it's hair. It grows back. And you don't like it, then maybe you should have said something before you thanked the stylist.
This website accepts the Shittiest FMLS, their not funny, not entertaining, they suck, I have so many good ones but this site only accepts the shitty ones one, I DOUBT SHE WOULD SAY THE BECAUSE SHE WANTS YOUR BUISSNESS NEXT TIME, OBVIOUSLY FAKE, MORE LIKE AN F MY DAY
Of course the FMLs are shitty now. But they were at the beginning too. Go look at the last page of FMLs, from the very first day. There's nothing FML worthy about them. On another note - Has anyone else noticed that FML decided to start moderating comments that say anything bad about this website now? I wouldn't be suprised if this comment gets moderated too. Go look at the FML about butterfly toilet paper, half the comments haved been mod'ed and comments are now deactivated. So not only is the website going down the drain, but they refuse to let us speak our minds. :/
this is the dumbest fml i've ever read.
