You should really consider trying to work things out with him. I know I have no way of knowing what happened between the two of you, but in most cases I think it's best to reach out and try and put the past behind you. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work, but at least you'll know you tried. Good luck.
#35, I would take a gander that lesbians are somewhat less likely to be disowned for their sexuality, compared to gay dudes. Societal acceptance of lesbians is much higher than gay men. Of course it's POSSIBLE, but...eh.
That sucks.
The same thing happened to me a few years ago.
your dad's and asshole
i disowned my 'dad' a year ago... i hate that guy.. and i don't ever want him back in my life... ever reader: dont question it... just accept that i hate him OP: im really sorry this has happened to you. :(
what a ******* douche. and your an idiot for not patching it up. YDI in a way for not being man enough to apologize
Dear 35, Lesbos are not a big deal to dads, but a gay boy is a much bigger deal. no dad wants their son to be gay. Its the bitter truth. wuv, little johnny
Well, at least you're still in his address book. Maybe he called you and then didn't have the nerve to talk so hung up.

That's ****** up.
Please. He probably called you and hung up on purpose to make you feel like crap.
