better your finger than something else up those turkeys' ass. better to be a turkey plucker than a turkey............
I like how everyone automatically assumes family equals mommy and daddy, when it is possible family is actually a wife and possible children - perhaps the OP traveled more often then not for a living? Or he had to move for the job while wifey couldn't? Etc etc who knows. Can't really say if this is a ydi or fyl without knowing the who and why of it.
Some quick calculations tell me 15 a minute is bull. That's one every 4 seconds. And that's 7200 a day on a 8 hour shift. 7200 dead turkeys would fill up a 3 or 4 semi trucks.
Well... It was your choice to move now wasn't it. So deal with it, moron.
wait what the ****, your getting $15 a minute? kick ass job :D
obviously they mean 15 turkeys per minute, not dollars.
Ask Mike Roe if he'll have my babies.
Ugh, that sucks. I live on a ranch, so until I graduate high school and get my ass to college, I have to help gut chickens, turkeys, etc. It's nasty. But why do you stick your fingers UP its ass??? Last I checked, that's not how you do it.

I'd never leave a good job just to return to family. A good job is the basis for a happy, thus healthy, life. I'm not a workaholic. So YDI. Unless there's a family member that couldn't move and needs you to care for.
You left your good job to be with your family. It was your decision so harden the **** up.
